1. Introduction

This User Agreement and all policies posted in our site set out the terms on which Mantech Co. Ltd. (Toy Town) offers you access to use our online Services. You agree to comply with all terms of this User Agreement when accessing or using our Services.

 

2. About Mantech Co. Ltd (Toy Town)

Toy Town is a group of Family Entertainment Centers founded in 1987, it was considered as the pioneer in “IN-DOOR” Family Entertainment Centers in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

3. Privacy

Toy Town respects the privacy of registered customers in its site. Personal information is not collected from visitors. However, during the registration some information of visitors is recorded. Toy Town may keep this information, but not sell it or transfer it outside the company.

This information is mainly used to send promotional materials to registered customers for better experience. The information that will be recorded includes names, genders, email addresses, phones numbers and cards numbers.

 

4. User Records

The user undertakes the use of his account (username and password), for which he may not give it in any way to a third party and must inform Toy Town about any circumstance of loss or anomalous use.

All the contents of this site, as well as its layout and design, including photos, are exclusive property of Toy Town, therefore it does not grant permission of use it of any kind.

 

5. Using Services

The user should have already purchased a card from one of our location that have a QR code on the back side of it, to be able to use our online service.

Once register, the user can add multiple cards to his account to review balance and reload from our provided product list.

We do not provide delivery for new cards. Therefore, an existing card is a must to use any service.

 

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Toy Town will not fully or partially refund, return or exchange any credit that goes to user card after making a purchase under any circumstances, so the user must make sure to select correct card and product before completing the purchase.
